Visit charge ₹199. If you repair, it is taken off your bill. If you say no, you pay only the visit charge. The technician tells you the repair price before any work.
Can you repair it at my home?
Yes. A technician comes to your home in Thane. You do not carry anything to a shop. Our office does not take walk-ins.
When can someone come?
Same-day visit when you book during our hours (9 AM to 9 PM). Booked after 9 PM? We call you back in the morning. We are open 9 AM to 9 PM, all 7 days.
Is it worth repairing my machine?

Do I pay before the repair?

What does the warranty cover?
100 days warranty on the parts we replace. It does not cover parts we did not replace. It does not cover water or voltage damage. Did someone else open or repair it after our visit? Then it is not covered. A replaced part stops working within 100 days? Call or WhatsApp us.
